Questions such as the following have been addressed:

• which differences (should) exist between marriage, registered partnerships and informal relationships?
• if household production and informal care should be compensated in family law, which techniques (such as alimony or personal or property claims upon separation or death) should then be used?

In a first stage, these questions have been researched on our first international expert seminar. The output of this is an edited volume, Valorisation of Household Labour in Family Property Law.
