On 25 June 2024, FAMIMOVE and RETHINKIN_ jointly organise a seminar on Family Law and Migration. During this seminar, researchers and practitioners will discuss how the conclusions of the FAMIMOVE project and conference can be transposed to the Belgian and Dutch context. This seminar will follow the European FAMIMOVE conference on 24 and 25 June in Brussels. The conference presents the findings of the international FAMIMOVE project, co-funded by the European Commission under the JUST-2022-JCOO program. FAMIMOVE aims to contribute to the effective and coherent application of the EU acquis in the field of international family law, by ensuring awareness of international child protection instruments applicable to migrant children.
